- Verified costumers concern. when turning on a/c to max air comes out as if on the low setting. when testing blower motor for voltage increased and decreased when commanding fan speed found that the motor was not changing. REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR AND RESISTOR. MUST BE REPLACED IN PAIRS
