- Verified customer concern upon start up noticed the cooling fan stays on at all times Performed visual inspection found coolant leak from the trans cooler quick connect, scanned the vehicle and found DTC P0116-coolant temp sensor circuit tech checked the relay due to the overheating and consistent cooling fan running the relay has jammed, *Recommend replacing the Trans cooler hose with quick connect, cooling fan relay, engine coolant temperature sensor, coolant outlet flange and thermostat and recheck tech also found upon inspection that the brake vacuum pump is leaking *Recommend replacing brake vacuum pump as well
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – One – [Includes: Bleed System.] – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
- COOLANT OUTLET – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng At Cylinder Head
- POWER BRAKE BOOSTER -Vacuum pump Remove & Replace
- THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng – [Serviced as an Assembly.]
- DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
