- visually inspected and found the front brake pads are at 6mm and rear at 6mm but found that the rotors were grooved and scored severely also noticed parking brake and red brake light is on clear the lights after battery is replaced and recheck *Recommend replacing brakes all the way around and recheck
- Verified customer concern found the car does not have power jump started and checked the alternator output voltage is good 14.1 volts battery is dead *Recommend replacing battery

- verified customer concern found the door lock assembly is inoperable Note: Driver door panel handle was broken prior to start work *Recommend replacing door lock/latch with acuator assembly Note: to open the driver door the panel has to be removed which in these cases might get damaged a bit or broke while opening Note: the driver door has dent and gets stuck with the fender every time opening and closing * recommend body shop for fixing and adjusting the door and fender
