    • Verified customer concern test drove the car and found the steering wheel is off to the left about 35 degrees, inspected the suspension found both upper control arms bushing are torn and right side inner tie rod is bent and the right toe is inward * Recommend replacing upper control arm, rac and pinion and outer tie rod ends and alignment and recheck Note: check the rim condition after alignment
    • ELECTRONIC STEERING GEAR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Additional time for use of scan tool to perform this procedure.] – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • (Combination) – ELECTRONIC STEERING TIE ROD END – Replace Each
    • CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Upper,Both Sides.,All – [DOES NOT include wheel alignment (unless noted otherwise).]
    • After alignment and test drive found that the vehicle makes a clicking noise due to cv shaft being internally damaged due to impact *Recommend customer replace cv shaft if symptoms worsen

    • – started vehicle; no check engine light – performed vehicle scan and found 4 engine codes – U1113 (passive/sporadic): function limitation due to received malfunction value – p261A(passive/sporadic): coolant pump "b" control circuit/open – p310B(passive/sporadic): low fuel pressure regulation – fuel pressure outside specification – u0415(passive/sporadic): invalid data received from anti-lock brake system control module – road tested vehicle; found no obvious concerns – visually inspected vehicle; minor seepage on engine front cover and slight wetness on oil pan; found valve cover gasket seeping excessively. Needs valve cover gasket – wheels, tires, brakes, suspension ok. all lights, horn, wipers ok.
    • Replace leaking valve cover gasket and upper timing cover gasket with new
