    • – started vehicle; NO warning lights on – scanned vehicle; NO pending or active codes – oil level/condition ok – coolant tank low; visual evidence of coolant leaks present – pressurized cooling system and found the water outlet on the back of the engine is cracked and visibly leaking. Engine oil cooler/filter assembly seals are leaking. REPLACE WATER OUTLET AND OUTLET SEAL. REPLACE OIL COOLER/FILTER ASSEMBLY SEALS. VACUUM FILL COOLING SYSTEM AND TOP OFF ENGINE OIL.
    • WATER OUTLET – Remove & Replace – [Includes:Drain and refill Low Temperature Cooling System.]
    • Replaced oil cooler seals with new
    • Technician found while pressurizing and vacuuming filling coolant system found that system was not holding proper pressure Technician performed inspection and found: Water pump leaking from weep hole *Recommend replacement of water pump and recheck

    • Technician found the following: Check engine light is illuminated for the following codes: P0299 (engine under boost) P0455 (EVAP leak large detected) P0599 (Engine coolant thermostat heater control circuit high) *Technician recommends replacement of the thermostat to correct code P0599 *Technician recommend replacement of the purge valve and valve cover (due to PCV intergrated into the valve cover) to correct code P0455 *Technician recommends replacement of the turbocharger pressure sensor to correct code P0299 *Recommend clear light and retest after all repairs are complete if code P0299 comes back vehicle may need a turbocharger replacement
