verified customer concern upon starting the car found the engine light and Oil light is on and the A/C actuator motor in dash is clicking checked the oil level and found oi level is ok but the sticker on the windshield shows its past due Found multiple codes (refer to health scan report): P0420 catalyst below threshold P0054 O2 sensor bank1 sensor 2 heater resistance P0456 Evap system very small leak detected checked live data for the o2 sensors and found they are within spec *Recommend cat (CA ULEV II) performed smoke test and found no smoke was coming out of the system *Recommend following the TSB (13-11-5) after reprogramming will have to recheck for codes

Verified customer concern Removed all 3 door panels except door rear, checked for power and ground for the window motors and found the power and ground were present. Use powerprobe directly gave power and ground to window motor and noticed no response. Tried manually rolling up window and was stuck. REC replacing all 3 window regulator and motor assembly then recheck (Driver front, Passenger front, and passenger rear)
During replacement found that the glass had sticky residue if customer doesn't clean the window then warranty is voided due to the residue causing the regulator and motor to seize
