    • Verified customer concern upon start up noticed the cooling fan stays on at all times Performed visual inspection found coolant leak from the trans cooler quick connect, scanned the vehicle and found DTC P0116-coolant temp sensor circuit tech checked the relay due to the overheating and consistent cooling fan running the relay has jammed, *Recommend replacing the Trans cooler hose with quick connect, cooling fan relay, engine coolant temperature sensor, coolant outlet flange and thermostat and recheck tech also found upon inspection that the brake vacuum pump is leaking *Recommend replacing brake vacuum pump as well
    • HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – One – [Includes: Bleed System.] – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
    • COOLANT OUTLET – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng At Cylinder Head
    • POWER BRAKE BOOSTER -Vacuum pump Remove & Replace
    • THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – 2.0L Eng – [Serviced as an Assembly.]
    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

    • Verified customer concern Unable to start vehicle without jump starting vehicle Checked vehicle battery and found its new and ford brand need minimum 4 hours of electrical diagnosis
    • After checking 12 volt battery charging status found its not getting charged, continued diagnosing the charging system found 10Amp fuse for battery electronics control module is blown replaced the 10Amp fuse and still battery was not getting charged. Performed further diagnose and found 15Amp fuse for Battery electronics control module is blown and also 15Amp fuse for charge fan (C-Max Energy) is blown. Replaced both 15Amp fuses, still the charging system was not working. Continued diagnosing and found 30Amp and 40Amp fuse for AC/DC charger , DC/AC power converter is blown as well. Replaced both fuses and still car was not charging. Continued diagnosing and found multiple fuses blown and the main power supply fuses 175Amp after replacing the 175Amp fuse finally the battery charging system became active and the vehicle started to charge the battery as designed. Test drove the vehicle and found the car runs normal with no issues. REC charging the hybrid battery. NOTE: please advise customer to drive the vehicle for a while after electrical repairs to set all the monitors.

    • Verified customer concern upon start up and test drive tech heard ticking/gear noise, raised the vehicle while running and noticed the noise is coming from transmission where the cv shaft goes in which is output shaft of trans housing tech took a few drop of trans fluid sample and noticed the fine metallic particles, seems its just started to failing if the customer wants to know exactly what part is failed further diagnoses of removing the side pan for trans is required, (Note Either way the transmission has to be replaced)
    • Flushed oil cooler and lines before replacement of transmission

    • Verified customer concern performed drive test and heard abnormal grinding coming from the front of the vehicle and got louder while accelerating. Vehicle intermittently revs and then the engine will stall. Performed code scan and found: P0A92-71- Hybrid Generator Performance- Actuator stuck P1920-62- Engine Speed signal- Signal compare failure Visually inspected vehicle and found no obvious concerns but when in gear, pin pointed noise coming from transmission. Got fluid sample and found fluid to be dark and has metallic particles inside, indicating transmission internal failure. REC transmission assembly. Note: Upon removal of transmission, will be inspecting both cv axle splines and other components.

    • visually inspected and found the front brake pads are at 6mm and rear at 6mm but found that the rotors were grooved and scored severely also noticed parking brake and red brake light is on clear the lights after battery is replaced and recheck *Recommend replacing brakes all the way around and recheck
