Verified customer concern scanned the vehicle and found no dtc visually inspected the engine bay and found the purge hose has small crack repaired the hose and smoke test the car and found the purge solenoid is stuck open *recommend replacing the purge solenoid and recheck
The fluctuating of the rpm and lights are due to the unmetered air going to the intake as the purge line was cracked
After replacement of the purge valve there is no dtcs at this time and the vehicle is running better at this time

DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
– verified check engine light on – "Service Safety Restraint System" message in dash – scanned vehicle; p0455: EVAP LARGE LEAK – TPMS light flashing; right rear tire pressure sensor not reading. See tire shop. – verified driveability concern. RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING IS FAILING; REPLACE. – front brake squeal heard during road test. Inspected brakes and found front brake pads are 4mm thick and rotors are moderately glazed. NEEDS FRONT BRAKE PADS/ROTORS. – oil change sticker mileage: 71455 (current mileage: 71577); oil level ok, light oxidation of oil. NEEDS LOF. – all other fluid levels/condition ok – batt. negative terminal found loose; retightened terminal clamp. – smoke tested vehicle for evap leak detection and found no obvious leaks – bench tested both purge and vent valves for evap system and found both fully functional

DIAGNOSE CAUSE OF FUEL SMELL WITHIN THE CABIN. CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE SMELL IS ALWAYS THERE. FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, CUSTOMER STATES THAT IT IS GETTING MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT TO START.
