- Verified customers concern the heater is not working in electric mode. Performed diagnostics and found the auxilary/electric coolant pump for the engine block and heater has failed. *Recommend replace the electric coolant/block heater pump.
- Removed and replaced the failed electric coolant pump for heater/engine. Retest ok
- Tech found the fuel door sensor(part of the fuel filler neck) has failed. *Recommend replace fuel filler neck(Part on back order)
