- Verified customer concern scanned for codes and found: P0299 engine under boost visually inspected the engine bay found oil inside and around the throttle body and the air intake boot to turbo inlet took the air inlet boot off and noticed turbo was internally leaking oil , started the engine and tried to rev it to actuate the waste gate it was very weak and very minimum movement noticed. *Recommend replacing the air intake boot, the intercooler, the plastic charge air cool pipe, turbo boost pressure sensor, and clean the throttle body (due to oil contamination)
- Replaced failed turbo charger with new turbo charger provided by customers extended warranty.
- Replaced oil contaminated air cooler with new warranty provided charge air cooler
- Valve cover gasket leaking oil Valve covers are under warranty with Tire Works customer will have to take vehicle back to get warranted. Front rotors are grooved but pads are in good health 7-8mm
