- Verified customer concern found the P219F Cylinder #4 air fuel ratio imbalance P1CE5 Injector injection quantity adjustment for uniform mixture formation has detected P1CEF injection quantity adjustment for cylinder balancing has almost reached the upper lilt value at least one cylinder there is a signal above the permissible limit value Tech performed checking the cylinder # 4 spark plug and noticed fuel in all the cylinders not burning upon removing the spark plugs noticed that the spark plugs were not torque (tight) they were all lose at the point that tech opened them without using any force. Recommend replacing all spark plugs and ignition coils and recheck Note: the codes are referring to the injectors but the spark plugs being lose and fuel not burning tech recommends to start with ignition coil and spark plug.
