- Verified customer concern Removed all 3 door panels except door rear, checked for power and ground for the window motors and found the power and ground were present. Use powerprobe directly gave power and ground to window motor and noticed no response. Tried manually rolling up window and was stuck. REC replacing all 3 window regulator and motor assembly then recheck (Driver front, Passenger front, and passenger rear)
- During replacement found that the glass had sticky residue if customer doesn't clean the window then warranty is voided due to the residue causing the regulator and motor to seize
