- After replacing the CKP, started the truck and heard rattling noise inspected the engine oil and found the oil is not showing on dipstick PCV hose is broken un metered air is going to the intake ***recommend oil change, replace PCV hose During visual inspection found: Battery hold down rod is not secured and its on the bottom of the battery found and secured terminals are corroded rec cleaning power steering flush trans flush oil change coolant flush brake fluid flush

2008 Ford Crown Victoria

Use powerprobe directly gave power and ground to window motor and noticed no response. Tried manually rolling up window and was stuck. REC replacing all 3 window regulator and motor assembly then recheck (Driver front, Passenger front, and passenger rear)
- During replacement found that the glass had sticky residue if customer doesn't clean the window then warranty is voided due to the residue causing the regulator and motor to seize
