    • – verified battery is dead; battery has sulfate. REPLACE BATTERY. (DURALAST: P#: T5-DLG. GROUP SIZE: LBN2) – jump started vehicle. Performed charging system test. ALTERNATOR AND STARTER PASS. – "Check parking aid" dash warning present – "Hill start assist not available" dash warning present – "Service AdvanceTrak" dash warning present – low fuel level (less than 50m travel distance). Vehicle has been sitting. NEEDS A FUEL TANK DRAIN/CLEAN AND FUEL-SYSTEM TREATMENT – performed vehicle scan; multiple codes present (see attached printout). Saved and cleared codes, installed tester battery, and road tested vehicle. Re-scanned vehicle. Multiple active codes in the parking aid module for the parking aid sensors. PARKING AID SYSTEM NEEDS DIAGNOSIS. – road tested vehicle and felt vibrations from the wheels/tires (see notes on tires below) – oil sticker mileage: 86,748. Date: 10-22-21. Checked oil; level is low, fluid is oxidized. "Change oil" dash warning present; oil life @ 0%. NEEDS LOF. – windshield wiper blades torn. REPLACE WIPERS. – RIGHT REAR wheel missing 1 lug nut. REPLACE LUG NUT. – LEFT REAR tire has a nail. REPLACE TIRE, LR. – FRONT tires are severely cracked/dry-rotted. REPLACE TIRES or ROTATE FRONTS WITH REARS AFTER REPLACEMENT OF LEFT-REAR TIRE (W/ NAIL). – rear brake pads are 1mm short of grinding metal-to-metal. – ALL rotors are rusted from sitting. REPLACE FRONT AND REAR PADS/ROTORS. – valve cover is actively leaking down the firewall-side of the engine. VVT solenoid o-rings are leaking oil onto valve cover itself. REPLACE VALVE COVER GASKET SET AND VVT SOLENOID O-RINGS. HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL-INJECTION PUMP EQUIPPED. REPLACE FUEL-PUMP SEAL IF REPLACING VALVE COVER GASKET SET.

    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Rear,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

    • – performed vehicle scan and found no engine codes – road tested vehicle with a/c on max and coolant temp hovered around 206*F, a/c blows hot – engine idling, vehicle stopped, a/c off and blower off; temperature rises to 221*F and remains constant – turned off engine and watched temp rise to 230*F where it gradually began to cool back down again – cooling fan functioning as designed – water pump functioning as designed – removed rad cap and found visual signs of contaminants in the fluid and coating on inside walls of radiator fill neck – ran vehicle up to operating temp and using a temp gun, measured temps across radiator and found sporadic hot spots – radiator needs upper and lower hoses disconnected and a manual flush of the radiator itself – refill cooling system and recheck concern OTHER – noticeable brake squeal heard during road test – a/c blows hot at all times

    • Technician verified customer concern vehicle sputtering Technician found that the spark plug was installed improperly and ignition coil was not installed properly causing spark to go through the oil pressure switch which blew it out *Recommend replacement of one coil and one spark plug and recheck possible oil pressure switch and connector will have to check after repairing the spark plug and coil
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Inspect, & Replace, ONE
    • Technician found when trying to install the new spark plug and ignition coil that the threads for cylinder #3 had no thread left Technician believes that the spark plugs were over torqued causing the threads to blow out Technician recommends replacement of cylinder head but as a quick solution can try and repair spark plug hole no warranty that the cylinder head will hold after spark plug hole is repaired If problem persist the vehicle will need a new cylinder head
    • After spark plug hole repair performed a compression test and found that the vehicle had the following: Cylinder #1: 170 PSI Cylinder #2: 165 PSI Cylinder #3: 165 PSI Cylinder #4: 165 PSI Per vehicle specifications found that the engine is in good working condition no other concerns found at this time
